Monday’s from 9:30 to 3:30, last patient seen at 2:45
Tuesday’s from 9:30 to 5:00, last patient seen at 4:15
Wednesday’s, evening only 5 to 6:30 last patient seen at 5:45
Thursday’s, 9:30 to 4:15, last patient seen at 3:30
The above hours are subject to change, and please contact the office for current office hours.
The Office Team is usually in the office at the same times that Dr. Basu is in the office except for Wednesday evenings. Email and Voicemail messages are checked throughout the day and occasional weekends.
For emergencies, please contact your primary care doctor.
Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, Check or Venmo are accepted.
We ask for a 48 hour (business days) notice for cancellations. If your appointment is not cancelled within the time, then 50 percent of your office visit will be charged for your ‘no show’ appointment.
We try to confirm each appointment by a voicemail and email. These confirmations are complimentary and you are expected to track your appointment time and date.
We do not accept insurance. Some insurance companies provide coverage for Dr. Basu’s services as an out of network Provider.
For all services, she will provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance.
Dr. Basu has opted out of Medicare and is not a Medicare Provider. Thus, superbills cannot be submitted to Medicare or Medical.
Some patients use the office visits as deductions from their Health Saving’s Account (HSA).
As we have many chemically sensitive patients that come to our office, we ask that you refrain from wearing any scents while in the office.
These include body care products, and perfume.
As we are still having outbreaks due to COVID-19, we ask that all patients wear a mask in the waiting room and while in the room with Dr. Basu.
